We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Boasting amazing views of the Yorkshire Dales the Lakeland Fells and spectacular sunsets. The impressive quarry is also home to the UK s premier scuba diving centre and PADI dive school so for first timers or those wanting to develop existing skills this is the perfect location. For those on dry land there is an abundance of beautiful walks and cycle routes from the doorstep to explore. Popular attractions close by include Capernwray Diving Centre Hill Top House Home of Beatrix Potter Grasmere Gingerbread Shop and Skipton Castle. Amenities: off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. No smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Location: shop and pub within walking distance. Private hot tub upon request. Additional information: If you wish to use the hot tub there is an additional charge of 50 payable direct to the owner prior to arrival. From May 1st to September 30th short breaks are available for 3 nights from a Friday or 4 nights from a Monday. To conserve energy the hot tub will only be programmed on if pre-arranged. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: Ground floor 1 super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request). Lower ground floor 1 super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with balcony and 1 king-size with balcony. Shower room: on ground floor with shower and WC. Bathroom: on lower ground floor with bath shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV/DVD. Kitchen area with electric oven and gas hob fridge/freezer and dishwasher with balcony on the ground floor. Utility room: washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: multiple balcony areas with seating and BBQ. Arrival 4pm.
