We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property SPACIOUS COTTAGE SITUATED WITHIN AN EXCLUSIVE LAKESIDE DEVELOPMENT Peacefully tucked away within the grounds of a private complex within walking distance to the lakes and wildlife landscape. Offering a warm welcome to all that come to stay with exposed Cotswold stone wooden beams and woodburning stove. Enjoying a great location in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and just a short distance from the bustling market town of Cirencester. The Cotswold Water Park is Britain s largest water park offering a wide range of activities to include boating water skiing fishing cycling walking golf and horse riding. Well served by the National Trust with Chedworth Roman Villa Sherborne Estate and the 17th Century weaver s cottages in Bibury. The historical city of Bath and the Regency town of Cheltenham are both within easy reach. Other attractions include The Cotswold Wildlife Park Westonbirt Arboretum Birdland and the Model Village. Leisure facilities: communal outdoor heated swimming pool with sauna children s play area and tennis court. Plus bike and canoe hire. Please note that the pool is closed between the end of the October half term and the beginning of the Easter weekend. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite bath and WC 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Shower room: with shower and WC on the ground floor. Lounge/diner: with woodburner (first basket of logs included between October and March) and TV/DVD. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: enclosed terrace with garden furniture. Amenities: parking for 1 car. Bed linen towels electric heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome.
