We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Situated in the quiet village of Jemimaville only 4 miles from the historic town of Cromarty on the Black Isle. The area boasts sandy beaches and endless opportunities for dolphin and seal spotting. Cyclists and walkers are spoilt for choice with numerous nearby forestry tracks and trails or for the more adventurous there are plenty of Munros at about an hour s drive. There are nearby castles distilleries and museums or just relax and enjoy the spectacular scenery and wildlife in this area of outstanding beauty. Within a short drive is the highlands capital of Inverness with its excellent leisure and shopping facilities. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: on the first floor 1 double and 1 twin with sloping ceilings. On the ground floor 1 twin. Bathroom: with bath separate shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open plan with woodburner (reasonable use of logs included) and Freeview TV/DVD. Kitchen area: with electric oven and hob fridge freezer washing machine and microwave. Outside: Enclosed garden with seating area. Amenities: On road parking additional off road parking to rear of property. Bed linen towels central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 3 dogs welcome. Location: shops pubs and restaurants 4 miles. Arrival 4pm.
