We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property ATTRACTIVE TWO STOREY APARTMENT WITH SEA VIEWS SLEEPS 5 1 This wonderful spacious family and group-friendly home is light and tastefully designed. Five minutes from the beautiful beach and harbour as well as all town centre amenities. Set in the historic fishing town of Eyemouth and boasting views of the sea and cliffs it makes for the perfect holiday base. The surrounding countryside is renowned for its outstanding natural beauty. Eyemouth benefits from an 18-hole golf course harbour (there are often seals!) leisure centre public swimming pool museums and a diving centre. Quick and easy road access available to Edinburgh and Newcastle while Berwick-Upon-Tweed less than 10 miles offers regular rail links north and south. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower and WC 1 twin with sea view and 1 twin which has a standard size bed and a smaller bed which is only suitable for a child under 10 years. Bathroom: with bath shower and WC on the ground floor. Lounge: with open fire DVD player (NB TV is for DVDs ONLY) and sea view. Lounge/dining room. Kitchen: with gas oven and hob fridge microwave and dishwasher. Utility room: shared outside with washing machine and freezer. Outside: shared private patio area with BBQ and seating. Younger children should be supervised at all times due to steps under porch. Amenities: free on street parking. Bed linen towels central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 well-behaved dogs on ground floor. Additional info: TV in the property only plays DVDs. It does not show any terrestrial Freeview or satellite TV channels. Property is accessed by steep steps externally and internally and may not be suitable for anyone with mobility concerns. Location: beach pubs restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
