We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Why not visit Portmeirion take a trip on the Ffestiniog Railway from Porthmadog go underground in the Llechwedd Slate Caverns or travel along the coast visiting pretty towns and villages dotted with shops museums and galleries. Set in Snowdonia National Park with its extensive network of trails lakes and craggy peaks to explore this is the perfect location for a relaxing or action packed holiday for family and friends. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 super-king-size (which can be made into a twin on request) 1 king-size and 1 single with additional single pull-out bed (which can be made into a twin or a 6ft double on request). Bathroom: with spa bath separate shower and WC. Lounge: with woodburner TV DVD Bluetooth music system and French doors opening onto the garden. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed rear patio and a front garden with sea views garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 1 small dog by arrangement. Regret no smoking.
