We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Lovingly fitted and furnished and nestling just off the A394 they provide a comfortable base for families and couples looking for a relaxing break opportunity to explore this beautiful county. A collection of excellent beaches within easy reach make this an ideal holiday location. Choose from Porthleven Gwithian St Ives Poldhu Polurrian and Kynance all stunningly beautiful at any time of the year. For those who enjoy a good walk you can stroll out along the scenic coast path and take on the dramatic seascapes and pretty coves. Other attractions in the area include the Eden Project Tate Gallery Flambards and National Seal Sanctuary and the sub-tropical gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan to name but a few. In the evenings enjoy a BBQ in the garden or visit one of many local pubs serving good food. Leisure facilities: shared games room with pool table and selection of toys and games. Utility area situated in the games room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Amenities: ample private off-road parking. Location: beach 5 miles pub 1 mile and selections of shops pubs and restaurants in Helston 2 miles. Semi-detached farmhouse with the accommodation arranged over two floors and offering THREE bedrooms: 1 master king-size 1 single with 2 6 bed (and additional 2 6 pull-out that can be presented as a double or a 2 6 twin upon request) and 1 cosy single room. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with TV/DVD and electric coal effect fire. Kitchen/diner: with Rayburn stove electric oven and hob dishwasher fridge/freezer and microwave. Outside: enclosed lawn garden to the side of the property with covered patio area garden furniture and BBQ and additional small enclosed lawn garden to the rear and approached by a couple of steps from the kitchen. Amenities: heating via oil fired Rayburn (radiators in all rooms). Arrival: 4pm.
