We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property PEACEFUL COUNTRYSIDE PROPERTY WITHIN AN EASY DRIVE OF SANDY BEACHES Set in peaceful countryside this refurbished semi-detached bungalow is a ten minute walk from the sleepy working fishing village of Cadgwith the setting for The Fisherman s Apprentice where on certain nights there will be sea shanties and folk singing. Within few miles is the excellent sandy beach of Kennack Sands and with many popular Cornish beaches close by you need not visit the same beach twice! Take the South West Coastal Path around the Lizard Peninsula steeped in maritime and smuggling history and Mullion. Many family attractions are also within an easy drive including Gweek Seal Sanctuary Helford an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Lands End Flambards Theme Park RNAS Culdrose with its viewing area The Minack Theatre Tate Gallery at St Ives The Eden Project and numerous National Trust properties. The property adjoins the owners home where a warm welcome awaits yet privacy is assured. The accommodation is all on one level and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with freesat TV 1 zip-and-link twin (that can be made as a king-size on request) and 1 single. Shower room: with shower and WC. Lounge/diner: with TV and conservatory enjoying countryside views. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob American style fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: garden with children s swings outside seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking within the property. 3 dogs welcome. Location: sandy beach 2.5 miles shop and pub within walking distance.
