We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property STYLISH SPLIT LEVEL DETACHED BARN WITH SEA VIEWS AND PRIVATE HOT TUB This comfortable stone barn offers a high standard of furnishings and many tasteful finishing touches. The owners have carefully retained much of the building s original character and incorporated lots of eco features to create a warm and superb environment. A short drive away is the Victorian fishing town of Ilfracombe with a beach fishing trips day trips to Lundy Island theatre marine aquarium shops pubs restaurants and galleries. Also the North Devon coast with its many sheltered coves and sandy surfing beaches including Croyde and Woolacombe. The regional centre of Barnstaple is 9 miles and offers leisure facilities and a cinema. Other attractions within the area include National Trust s Arlington Court Broomhill Arts and Sculpture Gardens Marwood Hill Gardens Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park and Watermouth Castle are well worth a visit. Leisure facilities: private hot tub on the patio. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms all with TVs: 1 super king-size accessed by spiral staircase with 50 smart TV walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bath with shower attachment and WC. On the ground floor are two further bedrooms: 1 super king-size zip-and-link (can be made into singles on request) with TV/DVD and en-suite shower room and WC. 1 twin room with TV/DVD. Shower room: with WC. Lounge: with Smart TV Blu-ray DVD and views over the garden and out towards the sea. Kitchen: well-equipped with large gas range style cooker free standing storage units and dishwasher. Utility room: with fridge/ freezer washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: large fully enclosed lawn area with play equipment and patio area with large picnic bench hot tub and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 2 dogs welcome more by arrangement. Regret no smoking. Location: beach pub and shops 3 miles. Supermarket 1.5 miles.
