We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property DETACHED HOLIDAY HOME WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE BEACH This delightful property nestles on the edge of the Victorian fishing town of Ilfracombe and has been lovingly refurbished in a contemporary style for 2016. With a large enclosed patio to the rear it provides a relaxing coastal break for couples and families alike. Conveniently placed you will be within easy reach of a choice of beach theatre marine aquarium shops pubs restaurants and galleries. Croyde and Woolacombe world famous with surfers are close by as well as some lovely sheltered coves and fishing villages including Combe Martin and Lee Bay. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy some great walks accompanied by stunning scenery along the South West Coast Path and on Exmoor. Other places well worth a visit include Lynton and Lynmouth with its water powered cliff-top railway Watermouth Castle Valley of the Rocks National Trust Arlington Court and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms all with TV/DVD: 1 king-size with TV en-suite shower room and WC 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: with woodburner (logs included) TV/DVD and Wii games console. Kitchen: with electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility room: with washing machine tumble dryer and WC. Outside: large enclosed patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: private off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome (please ensure that they are kept on the ground floor using the stairgate provided).
