We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property SUPERB SEA VIEWS AND JUST A STONES THROW TO THE BEACH This detached bungalow sits in an elevated position overlooking the sea in the beautiful coastal resort of Combe Martin. A few steps to Combe Martin s harbour and sheltered sandy bay with spectacular views across the bay to the dramatic headlands. The village boasts a 17th century inn Post Office bakery and a few small grocery shops. There are many walks in and around the village follow the South West Coast Path and enjoy breathtaking views to Baggy Point. Visit Lynton and Lynmouth which form part of Exmoor National Park. Other family attractions in the area include the Wildlife and Dinosaur Park Exmoor Zoo The North Devon Farm Park and Watermouth Castle. If you wanted to stay closer to home you can relax on the decking and enjoy the sea views. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size 1 double and 1 twin. Shower room: with shower and WC. Separate WC. Lounge: with gas fire smart TV and sea views. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with electric oven and gas hob microwave dishwasher washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. Outside: rear terraced garden with gravelled and decked areas with seating. Front garden with raised decked area with superb sea views and garden furniture. Amenities: ample parking on driveway. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Location: beach shops and pubs within walking distance.
