We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property TRADITIONAL FLINT COTTAGE IN PRETTY NORTH NORFOLK VILLAGE This pretty semi-detached cottage is situated in the popular village of Docking just inland from the beautiful North Norfolk coast and offers lovely accommodation retaining many original features and the owner s passion for antique furniture is carried throughout the cottage. Take a short drive to Brancaster with its small busy harbour and pubs. Sandy beaches can be found at the traditional seaside town of Hunstanton along with a small fun fair. Burnham Market is a short drive away with shops and places to eat. Other local attractions include Pensthorpe Nature Reserve at Fakenham Holkham Hall Blakeney Point and Sandrigham Estate the Norfolk retreat of HM The Queen or simply enjoy the big skies and stunning scenery Norfolk has to offer. The spacious accommodation is arranged over three floors and offers THREE bedrooms: 2 doubles on the first floor and 1 twin on the top floor accessed via a steep cottage style staircase. Bathroom: on the ground floor with bath and WC. Shower room: on first floor with WC. Lounge: with Smart flatscreen TV DVD and open fire (first basket of logs included). Dining room: with woodburner (first basket of logs included from Oct to May). Kitchen: with electric oven and hob dishwasher fridge microwave. Utility room: with freezer and washing machine. Outside: door leading from the kitchen to a small patio area steps to large enclosed garden with garden furniture and large BBQ. Bed linen electric night storage heating and Wi-Fi included. 1 dog welcome. (Please note there is no allocated parking roadside parking is available in front of the property.) Location: beach 5 miles shop and pub all walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
