We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property DETACHED COTTAGE SET IN 3500 ACRES OF STUNNING PRIVATE FARMLAND This charming period property has been lovingly renovated to a superb standard but still retains many period features and charm offering cosy country living with 21st century comfort. Nestled in a peaceful tranquil setting in the beautiful Glen Clova valley just 10 miles from the historic town of Kirriemuir in the spectacular Angus glens making this a paradise for walkers hikers and mountain bikers with numerous hills nearby mountain ranges and country tracks to explore .The river Esk is close at hand for trout and salmon fishing and golfers are spoilt for choice with Kirriemuir Forfar Rosemount Alyth and Blairgowrie courses close by. The wonderful and vibrant cities of Dundee Perth and Aberdeen are also within easy reach with their excellent shopping and leisure facilities including the Dundee Science Centre various outdoor activity centres farm parks and wildlife centres making this a fantastic base for your holiday. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into twin beds) 1 twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a king-size bed). Please request preference of bed make up at the time of booking. On the ground floor 1 double with en-suite shower room with WC accessed via 3 steps. Bathroom: with bath separate shower and WC on the ground floor. Separate WC on the ground floor. Lounge: with woodburner (logs included) and TV/DVD. Kitchen/diner: with electric range oven and hob microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer wine cooler and TV/DVD. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Boot room: with log store. Outside: large enclosed garden with summer house which has electricity seating area and fire pit with BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 2 dogs welcome. Regret no smoking. Location: shops 10 miles and pub 4 miles. Arrival: 4pm.
