We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Ideally placed on the B254 within easy reach of both the A30 and A39 it provides a great base from which to explore Cornwall and Devon. Head north and you will discover that the coastline is littered with must-see destinations. Explore Tintagel shrouded in the mystery and legend of King Arthur and his round table knights the picture postcard Port Isaac famed as the setting of ITV s Doc Martin and enjoy the fabulous beaches on offer at Bude and Crackington Haven. The unspoilt south coast of Cornwall is also a short drive away and boasts an array of scenic coves and picturesque fishing villages to enjoy such as Mevagissey Looe and Polperro.
