We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property CHARMING COTTAGE IN A QUIET VILLAGE LOCATION This semi-detached property is located within the quaint Cornish village of Lanreath which is surrounded by beautiful countryside. The area is a walker s paradise with plenty of routes on the doorstep of the village. The beautiful south coast is approximately 5 miles from the village where you can enjoy the breath taking coastal path fishing diving and boat trips. The village is ideally based for touring the whole of Cornwall with many sandy beaches secluded coves and quaint fishing villages to discover within a short drive away. The fishing resort of Looe is also only a few miles away and offers the perfect day out with its fishing trips and lively town.The Eden Project Fowey Lanhydrock House and Golitha Falls are also within easy access. Looe and Polperro are a short drive from your door offering many restaurants and pubs to enjoy. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with TV 1 double with en-suite bathroom with shower and WC and 1 bunk bedroom. Bathroom: with bath separate shower and WC. Lounge: with woodburner (first basket of logs included) and TV/DVD. Kitchen/diner: with electric range oven and ceramic hob fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility room: outside with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed garden decked area with BBQ and outdoor games. Amenities: roadside parking for 1 car additional parking in car park within a 2 minute walk. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 2 dogs welcome 3 dogs by arrangement. Regret no smoking. Location: beach 5 miles. Pub 2.3 miles shop within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
