We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property GRADE II LISTED COTTAGE IN THE HEART OF THE MEDIEVAL VILLAGE OF DUNSTER This pretty property nestles in the grounds of the village church located at the base of the 11th century Castle that the area is famed for. Boasting an array of original features and character and conveniently close to the coast it provides a great holiday base. The village itself offers an array of amenities including boutique shops offering locally produced goods and gifts characterful pubs and a wealth of tea rooms. It is also well renowned for local events including the annual Dunster by Candlelight evening and Dunster Fair. The town of Minehead is 2 miles away with a golden sandy beach array of shops pubs and restaurants and the seaside village of Blue Anchor is only 3 miles away and is famous for its long promenade. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include the West Somerset Steam Railway Exmoor National Park offering walks for every ability Wells and Glastonbury. The accommodation is arranged over three floors and offers THREE bedrooms: on the first floor 2 singles on the second floor 1 king-size with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Shower room: with shower and WC on the second floor. Lounge: with feature original stove (non-working) and TV/DVD. Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. Outside: regret no garden. Amenities: private off-road parking for 1 car.
