We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property 1 OF 2 PROPERTIES WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE BEACH GOLF COURSE AND AMENITIES These lovely coastal homes sit at the end of a private driveway which backs onto Minehead and West Somerset golf course. A level walk to the centre of the seaside town of Minehead which has long been a firm favourite with visitors to the area they provide a great base for a fun-filled holiday. The popular town of Minehead boasts a wealth of amenities including shops pubs restaurants and an expansive sandy beach. Walkers will also be spoilt for choice with Exmoor National Park The Quantocks and the South West Coast Path all being easily accessible close by. The quaint village of Porlock and the famous medieval town of Dunster with its National Trust Castle are also just a short drive and well worth a visit. Other attractions and places of interest in the area include Watermouth Castle and the Valley of the Rocks the West Somerset Steam Railway Wimbleball Lake and Lynton and Lynmouth. The detached accommodation is arranged on two levels and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 super king zip-and-link (which could be made into twins on request) with en-suite shower room with WC 1 super king zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin upon request) and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Separate WC on the ground floor. Lounge: with woodburner (initial supply of logs included additional logs can be purchased from the owner) TV and DVD. Kitchen/diner: with electric double oven and gas hob fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave and doors that open out onto patio. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed garden with patio garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 2 dogs welcome. Regret no smoking. Location: beach shops and pubs within walking distance. Arrival 2.30pm.
