We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

For enthusiastic gardeners there is Batsford Arboretum and garden centre. A visit to Daylesford farm shop and restaurant is within easy access. Cheltenham is great for a day at the races. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with electric hob and oven fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine and microwave. Utility room: with freezer. Outside: a split level garden with patio area with table chairs and BBQ and raised lawn. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included.
