We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property IN A VILLAGE LOCATION WITH EASY ACCESS TO MANY BEACHES AND ATTRACTIONS This former tin miner s cottage with many original features including fireplaces and exposed beams offers the perfect base from which to explore Cornwall. Only a short drive to Newquay and the surfing area of the north coast. This small village is perfectly located offering the guest the perfect opportunity to explore both coastlines from the rugged north shore to the picturesque south with its ancient harbours and coves. The village offers use of a tennis court free of charge (take own equipment) children s play area skate bowl and playing field. Fine sandy beaches adorn the coastline from Newquay including the ever popular Fistral to Holywell Bay and Perranporth with its quaint shops and ice cream parlours. Take time to sample the fine restaurants and traditional inns in the local area many with stunning views out to sea. Attractions in the area include the Lappa Valley Steam Railway Screech Owl Sanctuary Oasis Fun Pool Lost Gardens of Heligan The Eden Project and Cornwall Crealy Adventure Park. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms accessed via steep cottage style stairs: 1 double 1 single with an additional pull-out bed and 1 single. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with woodburner TV and DVD. Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and hob microwave and fridge-freezer. Utility area: with small dishwasher and washer/ dryer. Outside: garden area laid to lawn with seating and BBQ area. Amenities: roadside parking. Bed linen towels (not beach towels) electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 well behaved dog welcome 2 small dogs by arrangement. Location: beach 4.5 miles pub and shops within walking distance. Arrival time: 3 pm.
