We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property 1 OF 2 TRADITIONAL PROPERTIES ON THE EDGE OF WIDECOMBE-IN-THE-MOOR These delightful farm properties date back to the 15th century and are conveniently located within Dartmoor National Park one of Britain s great wilderness areas. Nestling in a cobbled courtyard setting in a quiet hamlet they provide true taste of Devon life. The immediate area has much to offer and you can stroll directly out onto rustic Dartmoor which is a must for walkers and wildlife enthusiasts. The nearby village of Widecombe-In-The-Moor is famous for its traditional fair held annually and celebrated by a well-known folk song of the same name featuring Old Uncle Tom Cobley and All . This is also an ideal base from which to explore the whole of Devon including The English Riviera delightful South Hams the impressive cathedral city of Exeter bustling Plymouth Dartmeet Ashburton and Bovey Tracey. Other nearby attractions include Becky Falls and National Trust Castle Drogo both well worth a visit. Amenities: private off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels and electric included. Regret no smoking. Additional info: own water supply. There is no mobile phone signal at the property but there is a shared landline available to use for emergency or brief urgent calls. Location: beach 19 miles pub and village shop 2 miles. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: approached by stone stairs from the ground floor 1 double and 2 twins. Bathroom: with hand-held shower over bath (please note this is a small 3/4 length bath) and WC. Lounge: with woodburner (first basket of logs included and further can be purchased on site) original inglenook fireplace feature flagstone floor and TV/DVD. Dining room. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: private enclosed lawn garden with garden furniture to the rear of the property. Amenities: electric heating included. 3 dogs welcome.
