We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property COTTAGE IN PRETTY VILLAGE CLOSE TO THE BROADS SLEEPS 4 1 This semi-detached cottage with pretty garden and a pond is situated in the delightful Norfolk village of Freethorpe which offers a small shop children s play area tennis courts and pub. Ideally situated to explore the Norfolk Broads and beyond. Freethorpe is a large village located on the western edge of the Norfolk Broads between Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft it is located just a few minutes from the popular wedding venue of Southwood Hall and only a few miles to the Broadland village of Reedham where you can fish or enjoy scenic views across the river with marshes beyond that are abundant with wildlife. Hire a boat to explore the famous waterways or cross the River Yare by a chain ferry which is a short cut to Great Yarmouth. Reedham has 3 pubs all serving good food fish & chip shop and a railway station. For local shopping Acle is only 6 miles away. Nearby are Pettitts Adventure Park with small animal farm plus R.S.P.B. reserve Strumpshaw Fen. Visit Norwich for museums cathedrals theatres shopping malls or hire a punt on the river. Great Yarmouth is 8 miles away for sandy beaches leisure centre crazy golf Sea Life Centre end of pier entertainment and try a horse drawn carriage ride. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 small double with 4ft bed accessed via one side with en-suite shower room 1 double and 1 single. Bathroom on ground floor: bath with shower over and WC. Lounge: with Flatscreen TV with built in DVD and electric fire. Dining room. Kitchen: with fridge/freezer washing machine and tumble dryer electric oven and hob and microwave. Ample books games and DVD s provided within the property for all ages. Outside: front garden and enclosed rear patio with seating. Guests also have shared use of the owner s large garden with a trampoline and children s slide. Amenities: off road parking Welcome tray on arrival with homemade cake. Bed linen towels Wi-Fi electric and central heating included. 1 dog welcome. Regret no smoking. Additional info: futon available. Location: beach 10 miles shop and pub walking distance.
