We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property 1 OF 3 CONVERTED BARNS ON A WORKING FARM WITH PRIVATE HOT TUB These stunning properties are located on a farm that specialises in breeding pedigree cattle form part of a thriving family business and offer a true taste of Devon life. Conveniently located just a 5 minute drive from the A30 they provide a great base for touring. Rugged Dartmoor is on your doorstep and the popular tourist destinations from the South coast to the unspoilt villages around the North Devon coastline are easily accessible. The city of Exeter with its picturesque cathedral is a short drive and is a must-see when coming to this part of the world with its cobbled streets and array of architecture from medieval to modern day. Other attractions within easy reach include Castle Drogo Crealy Devon and numerous National Trust properties and gardens. Alternatively relax on site and explore the land taking in the glorious far-reaching views over the Devon countryside or just unwind in the hot tub. Leisure facilities: there are 3 lakes on site one of which is stocked for fishing including Carp Tench and Roach that guests are welcome to fish and 2 further lakes within a 5 minute drive that can be used for a minimal charge. Games/play facilities: shared play area including an enclosed trampoline family basket swing sandpit trapeze hoops and a variety of swings including one suitable for babies. Farm activities: opportunity to see and spend time with a range of farm animals and collect free-range eggs. Outside: each property has a private enclosed patio garden with furniture BBQ and private hot-tub. Use of large shared lawn garden with swing and slide picnic benches on the edge of the fishing lakes and access to farmland for walks. Amenities: off-road parking and storage available for bikes. Bed linen towels electric central heating (underfloor heating on ground floors and in the bathrooms) and Wi-Fi included. 1 dog welcome. Regret no smoking. Additional info: bath robes provided. Arrival: 3.30pm The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size with TV and en-suite shower room with WC 1 king-size with TV and 1 twin with TV. Bathroom: with freestanding bath separate walk-through shower and WC. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC on the ground floor. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with woodburner (first basket of logs included) Smart TV/DVD and French doors leading outside. Kitchen area with electric double oven and hob microwave dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Utility cupboard: with washing machine and tumble dryer.
