We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Beachfront garden with Private access to the beach. The telephone box in the garden is the most photographed in Scotland. Set in a peaceful central location within the picturesque coastal town of Portree on the mystical Isle of Skye. Stroll along to the Pier to watch the fishing boats unload and buy your fresh crabs and prawns directly from the boats and shop. Fish from the end of the Pier great for older children. The town has quirky shops friendly pubs and a variety of restaurants from Michelin Guide to Fish & Chips. Walking climbing horse riding golf and kayaking are all available close by with the magnificent Quiraing Neist point The Old Man of Storr and Cuillin range to explore. Take a local Sea life boat trip to enjoy the spectacular scenery in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty . The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms on the First floor: 1 double with en-suite bath and WC and 1 double with custom made vanity wash basin. On the second floor 1 twin and Shower room: with shower and WC. Ground Floor Spacious Lounge: with TV/DVD. Kitchen/diner: with Aga microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility/study area: washing machine tumble dryer fridge and seating area. Outside: front garden onto the beach with seating area. Amenities: off-road parking for 2 cars.
