Sometimes it will state 'by arrangement', if so, the breed or size of dog will need to be checked with the owner of the property.

We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

The perfect base for touring the whole of Cornwall there are a wealth of popular attractions to suit all tastes which include The Eden Project Flambards Theme Park or Newquay Sealife Centre as well as being close to some of Cornwall s most popular surfing hot spots on the glorious North coast with its golden sands popular sands and popular surfing beaches such as Portreath St Agnes and Porthtowan. Falmouth and the splendid cathedral city of Truro are all within easy reach. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double 1 twin and 1 single. Bathroom: with shower over bath. Separate WC. Lounge: with electric fire and TV/DVD. Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and hob fridge washing machine and microwave. Outside: rear patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking for 3 cars on drive. Bed linen towels electric electric heating and Wi-Fi included. 1 dog welcome. Regret no smoking. Location: beach 5 miles.
