We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Located on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Ashkirk in the heart of the Scottish borders perfectly positioned for horse riding walking fishing mountain biking golfing shooting or simply to relax and enjoy the wonderful scenery and wildlife. The pretty towns of Selkirk Melrose Jedburgh and Kelso are all within easy reach. Enjoy a day trip to Edinburgh using the new Scottish Borders Railway from Tweedbank station. There are numerous attractions close by including Bowhill country estate Sir Walters Scott s court room Abbotsford Jedburgh Castle & Jail Mellerstain House Floors Castle and Mary Queen of Scots visitors centre. Enjoy an equestrian day at the Ian Stark Riding School. The delightful accommodation is arranged on one level and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 super king-size (zip-and-link bed that can be made into a twin on request) 1 double and 1 bunk bedroom. Shower room: with WC. Lounge: with woodburner (first basket of logs included) and flat screen TV/DVD. Wii and games available in the lounge area. Sun room: with dining area. Kitchen: well-equipped with electric oven and hob dishwasher fridge freezer microwave washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed garden with seating area BBQ and fruit and herb garden. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome additional dogs welcome at owners agreement.
