We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property DETACHED COTTAGE CLOSE TO PORTPATRICK WITH COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS This charming spacious property is located in a peaceful tranquil rural setting and benefits from splendid countryside and rolling hill views over Loch Ryan close to all local amenities. Situated 1 mile from the village of Lochans and only 3 miles from the picturesque unspoilt traditional fishing village of Portpatrick. Fisherman will be delighted with river loch and sea fishing at hand and golfers are spoilt for choice with numerous local 9 and 18 hole courses close by with the Turnberry course within easy reach. Walkers mountain bikers and cyclist are well catered for with country tracks forest trails and Scotland s longest coast to coast walk the Southern Upland Way which has Portpatrick as its starting point. Enjoy a sea life boat trip around the Rhins of Galloway or catch the ferry from Cairnryan and visit Ireland for the day. Logan Botanic Gardens is a short drive away and there is also a leisure centre with swimming pool and soft play less than 10 miles away. The single-storey accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite WC 1 twin and 1 double. Bathroom: with bath shower and WC. Lounge/diner: with woodburner effect oil fire and TV/DVD. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: garden with seating area. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Location: beach restaurant s and pubs 3 miles shop within walking distance.
