We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property 1 OF 2 COTTAGES SET IN THE HEART OF THE STUNNING CHESHIRE COUNTRYSIDE These properties accessed by a private track offers accommodation for both families and couples in an area surrounded by spectacular views. Set in the village of Tarporley within the Cheshire countryside you can explore the nearby historical sites and picturesque villages. The properties are located within a 30 minute drive from the popular city of Chester which has a wealth of history and attractions and is an ideal base for visitors to the area with both Manchester and Liverpool with easy reach. This area is great for horse riders walkers cyclists and all outdoor enthusiasts. Outside: shared grounds perfect for alfresco dining and access to over 14 acres of farmland. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Location: pub and restaurant 2 miles shops 3 miles. 2 dogs welcome (more by arrangement). Arrival: 4pm. This single-storey lodge offers THREE bedrooms: all with patio doors leading to an enclosed garden 2 king-size (zip-and-link beds which can be made as a twin on request) with en-suite shower rooms and WC. 1 further king-size (zip-and-link bed which can be made as a twin on request) with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with woodburner and flatscreen TV. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob washing machine fridge/freezer and microwave. Outside: private enclosed garden with BBQ and furniture.
