We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Accessed via a long private gravelled driveway with pretty views across the countryside upon your approach to the barn. Located within the countryside yet only 1 mile from an excellent pub and restaurant. The barn lies in the vale between the Quantock and Blackdown Hills both Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty with excellent walking cycling and horse riding. Within easy reach of Minehead Lyme Regis and Exmouth. Nearby you can visit one of the many National Trust properties and gardens Oake Manor Golf Club The West Somerset Steam Railway and Taunton Racecourse to name a few.
