We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property CHARACTER HOUSE IN PRETTY VILLAGE SETTING CLOSE TO STEAM RAILWAY SLEEPS 7 2 This delightful 250 year old property sits in a terrace of properties in the centre of the village at the foot of the Quantock Hills. In an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty it is home to excellent walking and mountain biking and is a short walk from the West Somerset Steam Railway. The village is a mixture of red sandstone and brick buildings and retains a watermill that has been beautifully restored. It has much to offer including an award winning tea room farm shop restaurant as well as nearby horse riding stables. As well as the pubs in the village there is a great selection of pubs in surrounding villages of West Bagborough Triscombe and Crowcombe. A short drive takes you to the North Somerset coastline with sandy beaches and inland there is much more to explore including the rugged splendour of Exmoor and The Black Down Hills. Taunton is close by and offers extensive shopping food outlets restaurants and leisure facilities. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size 1super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) and 1 double with additional single bed. Bathroom: with shower over bath. Separate WC. Groundfloor bathroom: with shower and WC. Lounge: with woodburner (first basket of logs included) TV/DVD and sofa bed. Conservatory with TV. Dining room: with woodburner effect electric fire. Kitchen: with electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: enclosed front garden with seating and bike store. Small rear courtyard with seating and BBQ. Amenities: roadside parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included.
