We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property DETACHED RURAL HOME WITH PANORAMIC COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS This fabulous property nestles amidst the beautiful Devon countryside with the famous Tarka Trail just a short stroll away. Lovingly fitted and furnished to include a number of creature comforts it provides a great base for families keen to explore ruggedly beautiful North Devon. Walkers will be in their element with nearby access to the Tarka Trail which offers wonderful scenery with a few welcome watering holes along the way including a cafe just 200 yards from the property. The glorious sandy beach at Westward Ho! is just a short drive and the quaint fishing village of Clovelly with its cobbled street lead down to the pretty harbour is worth a visit. Slightly further afield are Bude Instow Appledore and Hartland. Other attractions and places of interest in the area include Dartmoor and Exmoor RHS Rosemoor The Plough Arts Centre Dartington Crystal and Tamar Lakes offering a variety of water sports. Games room: with pool table darts board and additional sofa. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 2 doubles with TV and 1 bunk bedroom with TV. Shower room: with shower and WC. Separate WC on the ground floor. Lounge: with TV/DVD. Dining room: with woodburner. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: enclosed garden area with lawn garden furniture and BBQ and access to larger lawn. Amenities: off-road parking for two cars. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome (please ensure they are kept on the ground floor using stairgate provided). Location: beach 12 miles pub and shop 2 miles. Arrival: 4pm.
