We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Offering utter peace and tranquillity these delightful properties nestle in the South Hams of South Devon. It s an area of exceptional beauty and contrast with river estuaries rolling hills and thatched cottages surrounding the lovely old towns of Dartmouth Totnes Kingsbridge Salcombe Modbury and Ivybridge. There are many family beaches in the South Hams and there are many attractions nearby including Dartmoor National Park the English Riviera Exeter Plymouth Haldon Forest and The South Devon Railway. Leisure facilities: on site you are welcome to enjoy the shared indoor heated swimming pool open all year round with shower and changing facilities. Relax on the veranda with shared sunken hot tub seating and sun loungers taking in the beautiful countryside views. Shared utility room: washing machine and tumble dryer for guests to use. Heated drying room for muddy boots and coats and secure bike storage. Outside: the owners welcome you to wander the shared spacious gardens along with the local community woodland. Shared BBQ area next to the properties. Amenities: bed linen towels electric underfloor heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. Additional info: all of the properties are eco-friendly and are supplied by a biomass boiler and solar panels. Location: beach 10 miles pub and shop 1 mile. This reverse-level style accommodation benefits from exposed beams oak doors underfloor heating and offers THREE bedrooms accessed via 4 external steps and with underfloor heating throughout: on the ground floor 1 cosy double with en-suite shower room with WC and French doors leading to terrace 1 cosy king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into 2 6 singles on request) with doors leading to terrace and 1 twin. Bathroom: downstairs with P-shaped bath with shower over and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: upstairs large open- plan area which benefits from apex ceiling with flatscreen TV/DVD and woodburner (first basket of logs included additional logs can be purchased onsite).
