We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property SUPERB BARN CONVERSION CLOSE TO SOME OF THE AREAS FINEST SANDY BEACHES Situated on a complex of properties set around beautiful gardens and overlooking the magnificent Grade II listed house which was originally built for the Fortescue family in the early 19th Century. This stylishly furnished reverse level barn sits within some 18 acres of parkland and gardens. The generous grounds offer woodland walks lawns and plenty of open space to relax along with an established lake which provides a variety of bird life complete with a timber decked terrace on which to enjoy the views over the beautiful South Hams. There is much to see and do in the area the picturesque yachting towns of Salcombe and Dartmouth are within a short drive and offer a range of shops pubs restaurants and galleries. Sandy Bantham Beach and Blackpool Sands cove are also nearby. The attractive accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: on the first floor 1 king-size with en-suite bathroom with bath separate shower and WC. On the ground floor 1 king-size and 1 twin. Shower room: with WC on the ground floor. Lounge: with gas effect wood burner and TV/DVD on the first floor. Kitchen/diner: with electric double oven and induction hob fridge/freezer microwave and washer/dryer on the ground floor. Outside: shared garden directly outside the property with courtyard with small table and two chairs. Larger table with chairs and BBQ to the rear of the property which is also shared. Amenities: private parking. Bed linen towels electric underfloor heating and Wi-Fi included. 1 dog welcome. Regret no smoking. Additional info: pull down/push up blinds are on all of the windows ensuring complete privacy. Outside storage space ideal for a boat and secure storage space to hang wet suits and store surf boards/ beach equipment. Location: pub 0.5 miles beach and shops 5 miles.
