We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property DETACHED CONVERTED STABLE IN PEACEFUL LOCATION This reverse-level property with open-plan living vaulted ceilings and exposed beams has been newly renovated in 2016 with a decked terraced area perfect for alfresco dining. Located near the owners property yet very private. A perfect base to explore the county of Devon offering lovely countryside views and idyllic for dog walkers. Positioned on the outskirts of Chulmleigh which is a vibrant little village with pubs local shops and a riding school in a quiet part of North Devon yet only twelve miles from Barnstaple. Market towns of South Molton Barnstaple and Torrington are near at hand along with access to Exmoor & Dartmoor National Park. North Devon s renowned beaches such as Saunton Croyde and award winning Woolacombe are within easy reach. A short train ride takes you on the Tarka Train Line with direct links to Exeter and Barnstaple. Other attractions include RHS Rosemoor Gardens The Tarka Trail and Dartington Crystal. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: on the ground floor 1 king-size 1 twin zip-and-link (which can be made up as a king-size on request) and 1 single with additional pull out bed. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC on the ground floor. Lounge/diner: with TV. Kitchen: with double electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher and fridge freezer. Utility: with washing machine. Outside: enclosed decked area with furniture leading to a lawn with BBQ. Amenities: off-road parking for 3 cars. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included.
