We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Retaining some traditional features such as the exposed stone work combined with an open-plan living style. A perfect retreat to explore Cornwall. Egloshayle lies near to the beaches of Rock and Polzeath and is nestled in to the Cornish countryside dominated by the river Camel. Only a short drive to the towns of Port Isaac famed in the TV series of Doc Martin and Padstow with restaurants and the surfing mecca of Polzeath. Wadebridge which adjoins Egloshayle is a great shopping town with fine individual boutiques and the cathedral city of Truro the Duchy s capital. An ideal location for cyclists and walkers with the close proximity of the scenic Camel Trail. Attractions in the area include many National Trust properties Bodmin Steam Railway Go Karting The Eden Project and many fabulous local beaches like Bedruthan Steps and Watergate Bay. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: on the first floor 1 double with Juliet balcony and views over the fields and river and 1 bunk bedroom with additional pull-out single. On the ground floor 1 double with narrow steep stairs leading to a mezzanine level with single bed. Bathroom: on the first floor with bath separate shower and WC. Shower room: with shower and WC on the ground floor. Lounge/diner: with woodburner and Smart TV with Netflix. Kitchen: with electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: enclosed garden area with furniture and BBQ. Amenities: off-road parking. Bed linen towels (not beach towels) electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Additional info: secure summer house for storage of bikes and surfboards. Location: beach 5 miles pubs restaurants and shops within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
