We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property 1 OF 3 SINGLE STOREY BARN CONVERSIONS A SHORT DRIVE TO BEACHES These delightful barn conversions nestle within a pleasant spot yet close to many amenities their location makes an ideal base to explore a wide variety of places of interest amongst the wonderful county of Dorset. Explore the beautiful surrounding countryside with some stunning scenery particularly along the famous Jurassic Coast. There are many public footpaths within a short drive numerous coast paths and inland bridleways as well as small picturesque villages with pubs to enjoy a good meal. The area is famed for its popular beaches including Chesil Beach which stretches for 18 miles. Enjoy some of the many attractions within a short drive which include Weymouth with its Sealife Centre Abbotsbury Swannery Monkey World Dinosaur Museum Lulworth Cove and Castle Durdle Door and much more. In the evenings relax in the enclosed garden or visit one of the 3 pubs all within 1 mile away. Outside: each property benefits from its own enclosed garden with patio area and seating. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen electric and central heating included. Towels for hire. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Strictly no smoking within the properties. Location: sandy beach at Weymouth 4 miles shop and pubs within 1 mile. The accommodation is approached via 2 steps up and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size with en-suite shower room and WC 1 zip-and-link twin (which can be made into a super-king on request at time of booking) and 1 single. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with wall-mounted TV/DVD and patio doors leading out into the garden. Dining area. Kitchen area with electric oven and halogen hob fridge with ice compartment microwave and washing machine.
