We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

The South West Coastal Path offering some of the finest walks in the country and spectacular views is also close by. In addition North Devon has a host of activities on offer to compliment the wonderful scenery enjoy a walk over Exmoor National Park or visit Barnstaple with its market and high street shops explore The National Trust property of Arlington Court and the pretty fishing village of Clovelly or enjoy a day with the animals at Combe Martin Wildlife Park. Leisure facilities: private hot tub. Play facilities: table tennis table situated in the garage. Lawn with goal posts. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size 1 twin and 1 bunk bedroom.
