We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 super-king-size with TV and en-suite shower with WC. On the ground floor 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with bath shower and WC on the ground floor. Lounge: with woodburner (first basket of logs included) TV and DVD on the first floor. Dining room. Kitchen: well-equipped with electric oven and hob dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Utility room: with washing machine and microwave. Outside: garden area with furniture. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. Up to 3 well-behaved dogs welcome (to be kept on the lead when in the gardens). Location: shop 4 miles and pub within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
