We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property BARN CONVERSION WITH VIEWS TENNIS COURT AND CLOSE TO COAST PATH This charming converted barn is part of a small listed barn conversion development with far-reaching views over open fields and is just a 10 minute walk to the South West Coast path. The picturesque village of Noss Mayo is under 1 mile away and sits within the southern bank of the Yealm Estuary with its shops cafes and pubs. Newton Ferrers nestles on the other side of the Estuary and can be accessed via causeway at low tide and a seasonal ferry. Situated in one of Devon s most popular areas you will be spoilt for choice with things to see and do with the South West Coast Path and an array of popular beaches and sheltered coves all nearby. Attractions include The Garden House at Buckland Monachorum The National Maritime Museum in the Barbican Mount Edgecombe Crownhill Fort Saltram House The Eden Project and many more are all within a short drive. Leisure facilities: shared tennis court and games room with table tennis. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 2 doubles and 2 singles (one being 2 6 ). Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC.
