We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

In a peaceful and scenic location and ideally situated for touring the area with numerous local attractions including The Big Sheep The Milky Way and Watermouth Castle. If it is relaxation you require there are superb walks coupled with panoramic views of surrounding countryside right on the doorstep. Enjoy a pleasant walk to the unspoilt cove at Peppercombe or the bucket and spade beaches of Westward Ho! and Instow are within a short car ride. In the evenings why not take the 5 minute stroll up to The Coach and Horses the local pub for a drink or a bite to eat or relax with a glass of wine and take in the views. Leisure facilities: private hot tub. Stabling: stabling and grazing are available for guests own horses which can all be arranged with the owners. Farm activities: visitors are welcome to roam the farm and observe the many interesting activities such as harvesting and milking by the friendly and helpful owners. The owners will by arrangement introduce you to the ponies which for a small fee will take children for a ride around the sand school. Tractor rides by prior arrangement with the owners. Play facilities: there is a well-equipped play area with 12 trampoline basketball post swings/slide and fireman s pole plus a small bucket swing for the toddlers which is for the sole use of guests. The very spacious and comfortable accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: all with handbasins 1 single room 1 double with shower cubicle 1 further double with TV and shower cubicle leading to another bedroom with double bed and bunk beds. Bathroom: bath with WC. A separate WC downstairs. Large hallway with quarry-tiled floor and stripped pine staircase.
