We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Nearby Port Isaac known to many as the setting for ITV s Doc Martin offers a selection of traditional pubs and restaurants. Venture slightly further afield and enjoy a trip via a foot ferry across the estuary to the bustling fishing village of Padstow with its array of galleries shops and Rick Stein restaurants. There is also a choice of beaches in the area including Polzeath (great for surfing) and Daymer Bay as well as a number of pretty sheltered coves to explore. Other Cornish attractions easily accessible and well worth a visit include St Enodoc Golf Club The Eden Project Newquay Sealife Centre King Arthur s Castle at Tintagel and Lands End. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 double 1 twin and 1 further twin with additional single bed. 1 further king-size double with feature four-poster bed on the ground floor. Bathroom: with bath and WC. Wet room: accessed via a step up from the utility room with shower WC and space for hanging wet-suits on the ground floor. Upstairs accessed via steep cottage style stairs. Lounge: lovely cosy family room with TV/DVD feature inglenook fireplace with open fire. Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and hob Rayburn stove fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave. Utility room: useful area for storing outdoor clothing with washing machine and microwave. Outside: enclosed walled garden with lawn patio area and garden furniture. Amenities: private off-road parking for 4 cars.
