We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Located in the village within walking distance of the village pub and a 10 minute drive to the stunning coastline and cliff-top walks of North Devon.The market town and historic maritime port of Bideford is 3.5 miles away and offers a selection of shops restaurants and pubs. The village is ideally situated close to many attractions such as the gardens at RHS Rosemoor Dartington Crystal and Tapeley Park.
