We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Ideal for couples or families, this beautifully presented and lovingly restored cottage is just a few minutes walk from the centre of the popular village of Dunster.  It's a great base from which to enjoy Exmoor. Ruffles Cottage is a cosy, comfortable cottage set in the heart of the beautiful medieval village of Dunster. The cottage was built in 1844 and has all ‘mod-cons’ whilst retaining its traditional character, complete with a wood-burning stove. The property sleeps up to 4 people in two bedrooms, one double and one twin, has an upstairs bathroom and a small courtyard to the rear of the property with garden furniture. Also for your use is a shared garden which is a few doors away.
The cottage backs onto St. George’s Church and enjoys the melodic chimes of the Church bells. Views of Conygar Tower can be seen in the distance and a glimpse of Dunster Castle too.
