We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property SPACIOUS PROPERTY IN SOUGHT AFTER COASTAL VILLAGE. SLEEPS 6 2 This extended Victorian cottage sits in its own enclosed garden and is a short stroll to the centre of the village of Rock. Rock itself is located in North Cornwall on the north side of the Camel Estuary across from the fishing port of Padstow. It s name comes from the local quarry where the rocks were used as ballast by sailing ships which had unloaded their cargo across the river. The village has many shops including a bakery newsagent and post office a delicatessen and a small but excellent supermarket. Guests will be spoilt by a variety of good restaurants and pubs in Rock or nearby Padstow. Much to see and do: Surfing at Polzeath rent a wetsuit on the beach and have a go. Take the ferry over to the historic fishing port of Padstow and visit Prideaux Place. Sightseeing at St Enodoc Church recovered from the sand dunes and final resting place of Sir John Betjemen. Walk out to the Rumps to look for seals or consult the OS map for a huge variety of local scenic walks. Bike along the Camel Trail on the disused railway line to Wadebridge and Bodmin. The property offers simple yet individual accommodation with FOUR bedrooms: 1 master king-size with TV hand basin and small en-suite with shower over bath and WC 1 further king-size 1 twin and 1 bunk bedroom (suitable for children only). Bathroom: with hand held shower over bath and WC. Separate wet room shower with WC downstairs. Lounge: with woodburner TV/DVD and CD player. Kitchen/diner: with slate flooring and two dining areas which can seat up to 10 people Aga electric cooker fridge/freezer microwave and dishwasher. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: a sheltered terrace with garden furniture and lawn. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels (please bring own beach towels) electric and electric heating included. Wi-fi available. 2 well behaved dogs welcome (dogs are not permitted upstairs).
