We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property ONE OF THE OLDEST PROPERTIES IN APPLEDORE This hidden gem is located less than a minute s walk from the quayside of Appledore. Reputedly one of the oldest properties in Appledore converted to a high standard yet maintains much of its original charm and character with wooden floorboards and inglenook fireplace. The village of Appledore is situated at the point where the rivers Taw and Torridge meet before joining the Atlantic Ocean at Bideford bay.
