We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property DETACHED AND REFURBISHED HOUSE CLOSE TO BEACH WITH SEA VIEWS This property sits in an elevated position overlooking the north Cornish coastline. A fabulous location for those looking for a peaceful holiday. For those looking for adventure there are many wonderful coastal walks which are easily accessible from the property. A short drive away is the long sandy beach of Widemouth Bay that is perfect for surfing and sunbathing. You can also access the coast path which offer dramatic views over the North Cornish coastline which is a haven for bird watching. The local town of Bude is a stone s throw away and offers a variety of restaurants and shops as well as many places to enjoy a cream tea by the popular canal. Slightly further away are attractions such as Launceston Steam Railway Newquay Sealife Centre and Tintagel. Other attractions include The Eden Project Lands End Boscastle Rock and Padstow and Port Isaac with the Doc Martin connection. Alternatively children s attractions such as The Big Sheep or The Milky Way are a short drive away and are bound to be a highlight of the holiday. The well thought out accommodation consists of FOUR bedrooms: upstairs 1 double and 1 twin room (down 2 steps) both with en-suite showers and WCs and downstairs 1 double: with en suite shower and WC.1 twin: with electric beds. Wet room: with shower with WC. Lounge/diner: with TV/DVD underfloor heating. Kitchen: with electric cooker and hob fridge freezer dishwasher washing machine and outside access. The adjoining porch is suitable for accommodating boots and 1 dog. Outside: enclosed lawn/patio area with garden furniture sea views and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking for 3 cars.
