If you are thinking of taking a puppy this MUST be declared to holidaycottages.co.uk at the time of booking and will need to be specifically authorised by the owner.

Sometimes it will state 'by arrangement', if so, the breed or size of dog will need to be checked with the owner of the property.

We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Perfect for families this property is ideally situated within Snowdonia National Park to explore the coast and countryside of North and West Wales providing opportunities for walking swimming water sports boating and fishing. Why not take a journey on the steam railway to Dolgogh waterfalls and Tal-y-Llyn Lake. There are a range of attractions nearby including Ynys Hir nature reserve the Dyfi Opsrey project the Centre of Alternative Technology with cliff railway King Arthurs Labyrinth the slate mines the Museum of Modern Art Wales and the Owain Glyndwr Centre to name but a few. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 super-king with en-suite shower WC and patio doors leading to paved area 1 king-size 1 double and 1 single with additional pull out bed (made as a single unless requested otherwise).
