We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Nestled in a peaceful tranquil setting on a large private estate just 7 miles from the historical town of Banchory and only 11 miles from the vibrant city of Aberdeen with its excellent shopping and leisure facilities. Located on Scotland s castle trail with Crathes Drum and Dunnottar within easy reach. Walkers hikers and mountain bikers will be delighted with Durris Forest and with numerous hills mountain ranges and country tracks to explore nearby .The river Dee is close at hand for sea trout and salmon fishing and golfers are spoilt for choice with plenty of famous courses close by making this all a fantastic base for your holiday. The accommodation is arranged over four floors and accessed by a stone spiral staircase offers THREE bedrooms: on the second floor 1 super-king-size. On the third floor 1 double and 1 twin. Shower room: with shower and WC on the first floor. Bathroom: with bath and WC on the second floor. Further double bed located on the fourth floor accessed by a narrow stone spiral staircase. Lounge: with woodburner (first basket of logs included) and TV/DVD on the first floor. Study: with TV/DVD on the first floor. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with electric AGA and hob electric oven microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher washer/dryer and TV/DVD. Outside: seating area amid large shared grounds including mature gardens forest and access to River Dee. Amenities: off-road parking for 3 cars.
