We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

In the ground of the owners manor house yet with a private enclosed garden your privacy and seclusion is very much assured. Situated on the Devon/Cornwall border you will be perfectly placed to explore both counties. Head towards the coast and visit the superb sandy beaches at Bude ever popular with families and surfers or explore the wild beauty of Dartmoor with its wonderful scenery offering fabulous walking and wonderful views. Roadford Lake is 5 miles away and offers fishing walking and sailing activities and the market towns of Holsworthy Launceston and Okehampton are all within an easy driving distance. Other places of interest accessible from here include the historic maritime city of Plymouth the Eden Project and numerous National Trust properties and gardens. Leisure facilities: private hot-tub with countryside views. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 super-king-size with TV and en-suite shower and WC 1 twin and 1 double bedroom. On first-floor mezzanine level above the lounge 1 super-king-size with TV. Bathroom: with hand-held shower over roll-top bath and WC. Shower room: with shower and WC on the ground floor. Separate WC on the ground floor. Lounge/diner: with woodburner (first basket of logs included) TV/DVD PlayStation and French doors to outside. Snug: with TV/DVD. Kitchen: with Aga style oven and hob electric oven and hob microwave fridge and dishwasher. Utility room: with washing machine tumble dryer and freezer. Outside: enclosed garden with decked area and hot tub lawn garden furniture BBQ and access to 3 acres of grounds with unenclosed pond further to this. Amenities: ample private off-road parking.
