We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property CHARACTER COTTAGE IN CENTRAL VILLAGE LOCATION This character cottage has been renovated to a high standard retaining a wealth of original features set in the centre of a picturesque village in a conservation area. The village offers excellent pubs and shops Post Office and nearby park with tennis courts and play area. This is an excellent base for walkers and those wishing to explore the local dramatic cliffs waterfalls coast paths and secluded coves and beaches. A short drive leads you to a wealth of excellent surfing beaches such as Westward Ho! with its 2 miles of Blue Flag golden sandy beach. Other popular attractions to suit all tastes include Hartland Abbey the picturesque cobbled streets of Clovelly The Milky Way The Big Sheep and much more. In the evenings relax in the enclosed garden with a BBQ or visit 1 of Hartland s 3 vibrant pubs. Picturesque walks from the village which is suitable for dogs. This deceptively spacious cottage offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower and WC 1 twin (which can be made into a king-size on request) and 2 singles (1 with 2 6 bed). Bathroom: with hand held shower over bath and WC. Separate WC downstairs. Lounge: with woodburner set in a inglenook fireplace (logs included) TV and DVD. Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine tumble dryer and French doors opening into the garden. Outside: enclosed rear terraced garden with seating and BBQ Neighbouring property does also have shared access at the end of the garden. Amenities: roadside parking usually available or free public car park nearby. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking in the property. 3 well-behaved dogs welcome. Location: beach 3 miles shops and pubs in village centre walking distance.
