We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property A SUPERB HOUSE WITH SOFTUB SEA VIEWS AND WALKING DISTANCE OF THE BEACH This detached period house occupies a wonderful position with fabulous sea views to the rear which are enjoyed from most rooms. The well-appointed and spacious property has been finished to a high standard and is set in large beautiful secluded grounds. Situated on the edge of Westward Ho! and occupying an elevated position enjoying panoramic sea views over towards Saunton Sands Baggy Point and Lundy Island with farmland and the Royal Devon Golf Course in the foreground. You will be a 5 minute walk from Northam village offering shops takeaways and pubs. The Club House for England s oldest golf course is the same distance as the village and you will be within a 15 minute walk of the 2 mile stretch of sandy beach at Westward Ho! Local attractions such as The Milky Way The Big Sheep Dartington Crystal and RHS Rosemoor to name a few are all within an easy drive you will never run out of things to do and see. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 king-size with en-suite shower room with walk in shower and WC 1 king-size and 1 twin zip-and-link (that can be made as a king-size on request) and 1 twin (with one of the beds a pull out single). Bathroom: with roll-top bath separate shower and WC. Lounge: with estuary views gas effect fire smart TV DVD and iPod dock. Second lounge: with views of the coast smart TV 3D DVD with 8 sets of 3D glasses and iPod dock. Kitchen/diner/lounge: open-plan with electric range oven and gas hob combi microwave oven American style fridge/freezer wine cooler dishwasher and washer/dryer. Dining area within the conservatory and seating area with woodburner (first basket of logs included) and TV. Cloakroom: with WC. Outside: boasts coastal views and offers a large enclosed garden with lawn areas and 3 large stone terraces perfect to enjoy some alfresco dining with seating private Softub and BBQ. Amenities: Off road parking available for 2 cars and free parking on road outside the house. Bed linen towels (please bring own towels for use in the Softub) electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 2 dogs welcome. Regret no smoking. Location: beach shops and pubs all walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
