We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property WING OF PERIOD FARMHOUSE IN POPULAR VILLAGE SETTING Situated on a working organic dairy farm between the well-known surfing beaches of Croyde and Putsborough and down the road from the chocolate box village of Georgeham which offers a shop and pubs one with a very good reputation for serving fresh food and good ale. Roam across the fields to join the road down to Putsborough beach a sandy beach with rock pools. The main draw for this property is its location just 2 miles from Croyde Bay which offers one of the best surfing destinations in the country with its mile of picture postcard golden sandy beach and selection of restaurants pubs and shops to pick up a memento or two of your visit. If Croyde is not the beach for you then you are not short of alternatives with Woolacombe Saunton and Putsborough beaches just a short drive from your door. North Devon has a host of activities on offer to complement the wonderful scenery visit one of the many all-year attractions enjoy a walk over Exmoor National Park or visit historic Barnstaple with its market and high street shops. Farm activities: visitors are welcome to watch the day-to-day farming activities such as milking. Play facilities: shared family area with climbing frame and slide. Shared utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen electric electric heating and Wi-Fi included. Towels for hire. Regret no smoking within the property. Location: beach 2 miles shop and pubs within walking distance. This traditional semi-detached 13th century farmhouse style property still retains many of the original features you would expect with the low ceilings and exposed wooden beams. Offering FOUR bedrooms: 2 doubles 1 twin and 1 bunk bedroom. Bathroom: on the first floor bath with shower over bath and WC. Downstairs shower room with WC and washing machine. Lounge: is a modest size and offers comfy seating around the woodburner (first basket of logs included October - March) TV Sound bar system and DVD. Kitchen/diner: with slate flooring offers Aga-style cooker integrated electric cooker with hob fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher wine fridge and an additional seating area with TV Freeview and DVD. Outside: enclosed garden reached through the kitchen and includes garden furniture and BBQ. Amenitites: 1 dog by arrangement regret no pets during July and August.
